Set within Ponderosa, a luxury nature retreat near Port Elliot on the Fleurieu Peninsula, this build saw a heritage bluestone cottage transformed into a high-end short-term accommodation offer. LS Development Group was engaged as project manager for the build by site owner Collectiv Group, running the builder, sub-contractors, program, budget, and delivery to bring the cottage to life as part of the wider Ponderosa destination.
