Lewis Smith began his career in commercial real estate at NYSE-listed Cushman & Wakefield, before moving into development with ASX-listed developer Peet Limited, working across the planning and delivery of major residential estates. Between roles, he built and sold his own company, a peer-to-peer rental platform he took from idea to exit.
He holds a Bachelor of Property from Bond University, where he earned the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence, and in 2026 was nominated for the Property Council’s Future Leader Award in South Australia.
